How the program works... Charter Financial will teach you over 50 proven methods that you may use to locate individuals who receive payments from owner financed mortgage notes, land contracts, deeds of trust, court settlements, lottery winnings, business notes and other cash flows.
You use these methods to promote your business. People will respond to your marketing and you submit the note information to Charter and they will tell you how much they can pay for the note. You then subtract a fee (yes you get to determine your own fee on each transaction - fees usually average 3% to 6% of the amount Charter offers for the note), then after subtracting your fee you make an offer to the client.
When they accept you turn the deal over to Charter Financial and they will do all the paperwork / processing and will pay you when the transaction has been completed.
